Rajasinghe Mudiyanselage Lansakaranayake Muhandiramlage Kithsiri Bandara Lansakaranayake (1944) is the senior of 2 sons of Lansakaranyake family. Educated in St. Anthony’s College, Kandy he then pursued higher studies in Land Surveying to become a licensed surveyor. He married Malini Padma Ranaweera from Wettewa, Galagedara and settled in Pilimatalawa next to Manadeniya residence.
Padma (1949) studied at Mahamaya Girls’ College Kandy and then Graduated from University of Peradeniya in 1971. She became a teacher in Mahamaya Girl’s School, Kandy and retired as the vice principal of Girls High School, Kandy. They have one son Sanjaya Lasitha the eldest followed by 3 daughters Gayani, Avanthi and Sanwarni. Sanjaya did schooling at Trinity & Dharmaraja College (high school), Kandy while 3 daughters were students of Mahamaya Girls’ College Kandy.
